The company was officially established in 2013; however, the Francis brothers began aggressively pursuing excavation and heavy construction jobs as early as 2008. Francis Excavating LLC has experienced steady and substantial growth in just a few short years and is ready and able to tackle any heavy construction job you may have.
Francis Excavating LLC’s history reflects a diversity of projects that include demolition; civil, commercial, and industrial site preparation; road construction and rehabilitation; and pond construction. Leadership
Francis Excavating LLC is owned and operated by Greg Francis. Greg began working at the tender age of 14, when he started his own lawn service business. From there he branched into landscape installation, then, soon after high school graduation in 2005, Greg started hauling aggregate material and running a bulldozer. With his drive and outstanding work ethic, he has built an impressive fleet of excavation and heavy construction equipment and several successful businesses.
Greg’s brother Chad Francis is the Superintendent/Field Manager for Francis Excavating LLC. After losing their father, Chad took up the family business for approximately 7 years before going to Red River Army Depot as a mechanic. Two years later, he brought that work experience back home and has been involved in Francis Excavating LLC since its inception.
Francis Excavating LLC’s man behind the numbers is Estimator Raju Patel. Raju graduated from University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor in Construction Management. He had 7 years of heavy highway construction experience with Austin Bridge and Road before joining Francis Excavating LLC. Raju has also completed 30 hours of OSHA training.
